"The world's most horrible looking formula".
Not really. This formula used in the spreadsheet is written so it can be copied and pasted anywhere and you do not have to re-define cell references. Most of the stuff here is finding the correct cell references regardless of where the formula is pasted. So you can copy sheets and change the sheet title (project code) and the formula does the rest
